  5. If you accept the quote, you will be provided with payment instructions to complete your purchase via bank transfer.

2. Pricing and Quotations

  • All quotations are non-binding until full payment is received.

  • Prices provided are valid for 30 days from the date of the quotation unless otherwise specified.

  • Quotations may include additional charges such as delivery fees, depending on your location and product type

  • We reserve the right to refuse, revise, or cancel quotations at our discretion.

3. Orders and Payments

  • Orders are only confirmed once full payment is received via bank transfer.

  • Bank details will be supplied in the quotation email.

  • We do not currently accept payment by credit card or through the website itself.

  • Once payment is confirmed, we will process and dispatch your order according to the estimated lead time specified in the quotation.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Orders may be cancelled prior to payment without penalty.

  • If you have paid and wish to cancel, please contact us immediately. A cancellation may not be possible once an order is in production or dispatch has begun.

  • Refunds for customised or configured products may be limited unless the item is faulty or not as described. Please see our Return Policy.

  • Refunds will be issued via bank transfer to the original payer, once approved.

5. Product Information and Availability

  • While we strive to ensure product information is accurate, errors in descriptions, specifications, or availability may occasionally occur.

  • We reserve the right to update product details, pricing, and availability at any time without prior notice.

  • Images on the site are for illustrative purposes only. Final products may vary slightly in appearance or configuration.

  • Delivery details and timeframes will be confirmed in your quotation email.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or events outside our control (e.g., strikes, weather, customs issues).

  • You must ensure that delivery details are accurate. Missed or failed deliveries due to incorrect information may incur additional charges.
