This Shipping Policy outlines the estimated lead times and delivery process for the products we offer. Please note that all lead times are approximate and may vary slightly depending on stock availability, supplier schedules, and order volume at the time of purchase.

1. General Shipping Information

• All orders are processed following receipt of full payment via bank transfer.

• Shipping details, including the expected delivery window, will be confirmed in your quotation and order confirmation emails.

• Deliveries are made to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure that all delivery details are accurate to avoid delays or redelivery charges.

2. Estimated Lead Times by Product Range

Freeway, Prism, Mackworth & Joerns
Products from these manufacturers are typically shipped within approximately 7 to 15 working days from the date of order confirmation. Actual delivery times may vary slightly depending on production schedules and current order volumes.

Aqua Creek – Power EZ2 & Manual EZ2
These models are held in UK stock and usually ship within 5 working days of order confirmation.

Aqua Creek – Other Pool Hoists
All other Aqua Creek hoists are imported from the United States and are subject to international shipping timelines. As such, delivery is typically made within 4 to 5 weeks from the order date, depending on freight and processing times.

3. Delivery Services

• Deliveries are made via trusted logistics and courier partners.

• You may be contacted in advance to arrange a suitable delivery date, particularly for larger or specialist items.

• Standard delivery is kerbside.
